Should you require a customized invoice or no invoice at all, please contact us via email before or immediately after placing your order. Some countries, such as Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Turkey, Greece and Russia require an import licence ID or a formal VAT business registration number for customs clearance. Import tax, customs fees and/or duty is the buyer's responsibility. We are happy to ship via express mail, but please note that we have no control over import taxes that may occur in your country. Standard mail takes longer, but typically avoids additional fees.
In many countries (not USA) properly declared shipments may be subject to customs charges and tax. If you wish to cancel after the order has shipped, you may return it for a refund. If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please email us as soon as possible after the order is placed. Orders are processed within 2-3 working day, Monday through Friday. Bespoke Jewellery require 1-2 weeks to complete the order shipments.
